The Bowser Tour is the ninety-fifth tour of Mario Kart Tour, which began on May 3, 2023 and ends on May 16, 2023. This tour introduced Bowser Castle 3 from Super Mario Kart and Bowser's Castle 4 from Mario Kart: Super Circuit as new classic courses, the former of which makes its first modern classic course appearance after reappearing in Mario Kart: Super Circuit and the latter of which makes its classic course debut in this tour. RMX Bowser's Castle 1's R/T variant was also introduced in this tour along with Koopaling-themed Mii Racing Suits. This is the first tour to feature only the standard and R variant of a debuting course, being GBA Bowser's Castle 4. This tour brings back all current Bowser's Castle courses, making it the first tour since the Toad vs. Toadette Tour to feature the R/T variant of GBA Bowser's Castle 2, the first tour since the May 2022 Peach vs. Bowser Tour to feature the N, T and R variants, and the first instance of the R/T variant of GBA Bowser's Castle 3 returning. This is the first tour since the 2022 Halloween Tour fourteen tours prior and the first tour of 2023 to introduce a new SNES course.
This is the first tour since the Mii Tour thirty tours prior to not introduce any new drivers other than Mii Racing Suits, as well as the first tour since the aforementioned tour to introduce more than two Mii Racing Suits. It is also the first tour since the Tokyo Tour, the second tour of the game, to give Iggy a new favorite course, and the first Tour since the Ice Tour to give Lemmy a new favorite course, making this the first tour since the Anniversary Tour sixteen tours prior to give a Normal driver a new favorite course.

Today's Challenge
Players' most recently used kart and glider are chosen, and favorite and favored ones have extra priority. Opponents are arranged randomly. On day 1 of this tour, players finish a race in 3DS Neo Bowser City in the Mii Cup using the Larry Mii Racing Suit for a free pipe launch. Starting from day 2, players have to finish a race in the earliest incomplete course that is not in any of the ranked cups using the driver shown on the course's thumbnail every day to obtain the corresponding reward in the table below. Once all of the courses are completed, the courses are selected at random.
