As its name suggests, it will introduce a newly remade Sky Garden from Mario Kart: Super Circuit as a classic course after its last appearance in Mario Kart DS. This tour also introduces a variant of Mario donning his aviator helmet and outfit from Super Mario Odyssey. This tour will conclude the Winter Celebration event that began in the Wario vs. Waluigi Tour. In addition to retaining the Winter Challenges, the tour will feature a set of Winter Multiplayer Challenges that reward Black Yoshi upon completion, which will last until the following tour, as well as having a Cyan colored Shy Guy as a reward for placing high in the ranked cups.
