The Hammer Bro Tour was the fourteenth tour of Mario Kart Tour, which began on March 25, 2020 and ended on April 7, 2020. It was the second tour to be named directly after a character. The featured course of the tour was Donut Plains 1 from Super Mario Kart, while also bringing back Bowser's Castle 2 from Mario Kart: Super Circuit, making it the first tour to introduce a new classic course since the Ice Tour, five tours prior. Hence the name, the tour marked the playable debut of Hammer Bro (who was originally going to be playable in Mario Kart Wii), Boomerang Bro, Ice Bro, and Fire Bro, in which they also acted as the spotlight characters for the tour, and was the first tour to introduce only Super drivers; conversely, this was also the first tour to not introduce any new karts to the game. Additionally, unlike the previous two tours, each week's respective pipes reverted to having 100 items in the pipe instead of 50. The menu's background featured the hills from Donut Plains 1 as the landmark for this tour. This was the last tour to introduce two new courses (not including R/T variants) as succeeding tours would only introduce one course, one or more R/T variants, or, very rarely, none at all.

Template:MKTTour The Hammer Bro Tour was the fourteenth tour of Mario Kart Tour, which began on March 25, 2020 and ended on April 7, 2020.

A datamine revealed a string containing emergency_secondTour associated to the Hammer Bro Tour.[1] It was later determined that emergency_ is a prefix for in-game news items that open automatically upon launch.[2]
