The level starts out with four ? Blocks, a Pikku, and a Piranha Plant in a Pipe. Next is an open area with two Boos and a hanging cauldron. The next section contains some Tōsanbōru and two Rerere. There is then a room filled with potions, some J-sons, and coins. After that are five pipes Mario can go down to get to J-sons and coins. There are Hidden Blocks over the second pipe, as well as the fourth and fifth pipes, where a Fire Flower and a Moneybag can be found, respectively. After this is one last Boo, followed by the pipe which takes Mario to the battle with the Witch.
