It is a marquee-styled glider in the shape of the number "2020" in celebration of New Year's Day 2020, when the Holiday Tour ended. It is the signature glider of Pauline (Party Time). This glider increases the chance of obtaining Mushrooms from Item Boxes and the points earned for using them.
The New Year's 2020 glider was exclusively obtainable during the Holiday Tour and was part of the second week's spotlight lineup, alongside Pauline (Party Time) and the Platinum Taxi. A similar glider known as the New Year's 2021 debuts in the Rosalina Tour.
