The London Tour was the sixth tour of Mario Kart Tour that began on December 4, 2019 and ended on December 17, 2019. Reflecting its theme, London Loop is introduced as a new track, and a variant of Waluigi in a bus driver outfit is introduced. Due to this tour also taking place close to Christmas, a variant of Daisy in a Christmas outfit also appears as a spotlight character, and like the Winter Tour, festive trees are added on all courses featured; hitting one with an item during a race grants "Happy Holidays!" bonus points.

In every cup, the driver which the cup is themed about is a three or two star item on that course. The driver, and their specific kart and glider are bumped up one tier. This item sometimes changes between tours.
