Satellites[1] are spinning spiked objects that appeared in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. They only appear in the final level of the Mario Zone. Satellites are completely invincible obstacles that spin around spheres in a manner similar to a Roto-disc or Kaitensuru Honō, though they are a bit slower.
