Memory Mash is a 2-vs.-2 minigame in Mario Party DS.

Gameplay[edit]

The minigame features 18 facedown cards, which the teams must ground-pound to flip them and find pairs. If a team finds two matching cards, that team collects them. The cards show pictures of a Green Shell, a red Paratroopa shell, a green-spotted Yoshi's Egg, a pink-spotted Birdo's Egg, a Cheep Cheep, a Lakitu's Cloud, a Fire Flower, a Buzzy Beetle, and a Mushroom. The team that gets four pairs of matching cards first is the winner. However, if both teams manage to get four pairs of matching cards at the same time or if five minutes pass without the teams getting four pairs, the minigame ends in a tie.
