Overview

The team players ride skateboards down a lane, each using the Wii Remote in any direction to dodge walls, Whomps, and other obstacles along the way. Meanwhile, the solo player uses a flying vehicle, flying behind the team, and activates traps by pointing at them on the screen. The solo player can activate three objects: stacks of barrels, which fall into players' path; pipes, which launches a Bullet Bill that explodes upon hitting the player; and wheels, which roll to the opposite end and can hit several opponents. Any team player who touches an obstacle is disqualified. The team wins if at least one player lasts until time is up, and the solo player does if they eliminate every team player.

Notes

  • If one of the veteran playable characters wins, they will perform one of their secondary victory animations from the GameCube-era Mario Party games (with Mario's and Luigi's being slightly different) instead of the new ones they received in this game. Blooper and Hammer Bro will perform their own new secondary victory animations as opposed to their normal ones. This is also the case in Surf's Way Up.
