Variant of Spikely

Glohm Spikelies are enemies in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. They are Spikelies that have been infected by Glohm, and can be found on Lushgreen Sea Great Lighthouse Island, Merrygo Island and Minmin Islet once Reclusa takes over Concordia. Appearance wise, Glohm Spikelies identical to their regular counterparts, except with a shadowy Glohm effect and glowing red eyes. A larger version of them appears on Merrygo Island as a result of big Spikelies contracting Glohm.

Battle[edit]

In battle, Glohm Spikelies share the same attacks as their standard counterparts. However, they have higher stats, attack more quickly and can inflict the Glohm status on a bro that they hit.

They also have the ability to create a Glohm shield too. Mario and Luigi need to destroy this shield with the hammer or Bros Attacks before they can damage the Glohm Spikely.
