The White Snow Skimmer is a High-End kart in Mario Kart Tour. It was introduced in the Penguin Tour, and it is the signature kart of Penguin Luigi. As the name suggests, the kart is a white-colored variant of the Snow Skimmer with a gray camouflage pattern, including the tires, and it has blue shock absorbers and ski handles. Unlike the Snow Skimmer, this kart increases the duration of Slipstream boosts and the amount of points earned for performing a Slipstream. Starting from the 2022 Sundae Tour, the White Snow Skimmer is available in regular tour pipes, including the All-Clear Pipe.
