Colonel Pluck is, together with his Stompybot 3000 the seventh boss in the game Donkey Kong Country Returns and Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D. He is the boss of the Factory area and is fought in the level Feather Fiend. Colonel Pluck, while inside the Stompybot, is seen stomping on bananas from Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong's Banana Hoard. When mashed-up bananas come in contact with masks, they are transformed into Tikis. Colonel Pluck is doing his job until his hypnosis briefly wears off. Cordian hypnotizes him to continue the work, and eventually to do battle with the apes after they jump onto the assembly line.
Colonel Pluck is the seventh and penultimate boss of Donkey Kong Country Returns and Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D. He is a white chicken who operates a two-legged mech known as the Stompybot 3000. ==General information==
He is fought at the end of Factory in the boss level, Feather Fiend. In the first phase, Colonel Pluck controls the Stompybot 3000, walking around on the conveyor belt used for Tiki assembly. Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong must make their way under the mech. Occasionally, it will run across the screen quickly. Sometimes, Pluck will lift the mech into the air and then pounce on the ground. When green chains appear at some point, he will start lifting the legs into the air and back on the ground, one at a time, but very rarely will Pluck try to trick the duo by just scratching the belt with the mech's feet, which Donkey and Diddy can not go under. If Donkey and Diddy fail to damage Pluck, he will attempt to incinerate the Kongs with a flamethrower built into the mech, but not before lifting one of its legs, giving the Kongs a small chance to escape. During the second phase, Pluck will send in some eggs, where BuckBots will hatch out. Donkey Kong must rid of these so he has enough room to avoid Pluck, who will try to use the Stompybot to body-slam him from above, resulting in the Stompybot getting stuck in the ground for a second before freeing itself. After damaging the Stompybot 3000 three times, the robot's outer shell will break off and will resemble a flying vehicle. Pluck, who still is inside the robot, will send in BuckBots at this point. Donkey Kong must dodge his attacks and stomp on Pluck three times. After this, Cordian will emerge, allowing Donkey Kong to send it flying off into the distance.

When hitting the Stompybot 3000 three times, parts of the 3000 will break off, and will resemble a flying vehicle like the Koopa Clown Car. Colonel Pluck is the seventh and penultimate boss of Donkey Kong Country Returns and Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D. He is a white chicken who operates a two-legged mech known as the Stompybot 3000. While Colonel Pluck is under the control of the Tiki Tak Tribe, specifically being hypnotized by Cordian, he is forced to mass-produce a large quantity of Tikis by using the Stompybot to mash up bananas, which transform empty masks into Tikis upon contact.
