Wario's Adventure is the final boss microgame in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! and WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Party Game$!, found in the Anything Goes folder. It returns as a standard microgame in WarioWare Gold in Wario Deluxe's stage.
Gameplay[edit]
In the game, the player controls Wario. The first part has Wario on a skateboard, where he has to jump and duck to avoid walls. In the second part, Wario can freely move, but he must move around to avoid the spikes falling from the ceiling. The third part is a combination of parts one and two. In part four, Wario must jump at the right time (the player only has one chance) to grab a jetpack. In the fifth part, the player must attack floating rocks by pressing the button at the right time. In part six, Wario must gather fuel to go faster. If Wario gets all the fuel, he will be able to smash through the roof (with the text reading "SMASH!"; if he does not get them all, the text reads "Whoa!" instead as Wario gets smashed against the roof), where he finds a treasure chest. Before Wario can collect the treasure, a red, square floating monster appears, and Wario receives a boomerang as his defense. In part seven, Wario has to avoid the monster's slam attacks and hit it with the boomerang three times to defeat it. Wario loots the treasure, which is a Kin no unko, complete with the "item get" sound effect from The Legend of Zelda; however, immediately after this, a boulder drops down and begins chasing Wario. The player must tap to run from the boulder. Soon, Wario ducks under a wall and escapes from the boulder. The game ends afterward, with Wario laughing in victory.
As the difficulty of the microgame progresses, the parts get more difficult. There are more obstacles in Wario's way, the jetpack is higher up, there are more floating rocks that are further away, some of the fuel tanks are swerving left and right, the monster has to be hit with the boomerang more times, and it takes longer for Wario to escape from the boulder. Five points are needed to clear this game in the Grid.
