Yoshi's House (also known as Yoshi's Tree) is a tree where Yoshi lives during Super Mario World. This tree has a fireplace, a mail box and seven berries (ten in the Game Boy Advance remake), and it is located on Yoshi's Island.

When Mario and Luigi came here there was a note that Yoshi had gone to find his kidnapped friends. After Mario and Luigi saved Yoshi's friends, Yoshi went to play with them, and he left another note that he was gone, because he was playing with his friends.

Yoshi, Super Mario World

Yoshi's House is the home where Yoshi lives. In Super Mario World, it is depicted as a tree with a fireplace, birds whose colors (green, red, blue, and yellow) match those of the Yoshis that Mario can find, a mailbox, and seven berries (ten in Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2), and it is located on Yoshi's Island.

When arriving at Dinosaur Land, Mario and Luigi are closest to this location. They can inspect Yoshi's Message Block to find that the inhabitant had gone to find his kidnapped friends. Mario and Luigi can come back while riding any Yoshi to find the note replaced with a hint to investigate Kappa Mountain; if Mario/Luigi dismounts Yoshi, then hits the Message Block, it goes back to displaying Yoshi's note (except in Super Mario Advance 2). The home reappears during the credits, where Yoshi, Yoshi's friends (representing the four main colors and the seven Baby Yoshis from each numbered castle), Princess Toadstool, and Mario and/or Luigi celebrate their victory.

In Yoshi's Story, Yoshi's House can be seen in the background in the opening. Yoshi's House reappears in Mario Superstar Baseball, where it cameos as a Yoshi's Story-reminiscent cardboard cutout in the background of the stage Yoshi Park. Also, several trees lined up in a noticeably similar design decorate the goal areas in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, Yoshi's Island DS, Yoshi's New Island, and Yoshi's Woolly World (where they are made of different colors of yarn set at the ends of most levels) and most courses (with slightly varying designs) in Yoshi's Crafted World. One of these tree setups even appears on the map of the original Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. Several houses similar in appearance to Yoshi's House appear on Yo’ster Isle in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They also appear on Yoshi's Island in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, where they have doors.

Another Yoshi's House appears in Super Mario Galaxy 2 at Sky Station Galaxy. Like in Super Mario World, Yoshi is not home. The sign in front of his house says a similar message as in Super Mario World. Although the house is not made of trees like in its previous appearance, it is similar, having the sign reporting that he is not home, and there are berries on the roof as before.

Although Yoshi's House does not properly appear in the Super Mario Maker subseries, semisolid platforms based on the original Yoshi's House can be placed in the Ground theme of the Super Mario World style, with a snowy version added for the Snow theme of Super Mario Maker 2.

In Super Mario Run, Yoshi's House is used to unlock him as a playable character. In this game, the house looks like a giant Yoshi's Egg. Houses for the playable Red, Blue, Yellow, and Purple Yoshis were added in an update, all looking the same but with appropriately colored spots.

Yoshi's House once again appears in Super Mario Odyssey. It is now located in the Mushroom Kingdom instead of Dinosaur Land, retaining its Super Mario World appearance. Mario can travel to it by going through a painting on the Remote Island in the Lava in the Luncheon Kingdom. Unlike with some other paintings that warp Mario between kingdoms, which are blank if he has not visited the kingdom they lead to, Mario can travel through this painting before the rest of the Mushroom Kingdom is unlocked, but he cannot go beyond Yoshi's House. As in Super Mario Galaxy 2, there is a sign stating Yoshi is not home and is now at Peach's Castle. Mario can find a Power Moon by wall-jumping up the chimney and a coin pile atop the largest tree. A Checkpoint Flag and a pair of Binoculars are also present.

Yoshi's House appears in the Yoshi's Island course in the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass and in Mario Kart Tour, where the Yoshi spectators stand and jump on its top with lanterns hanging underneath. It appears immediately before the course's starting line. As shown on the sides, Yoshi's House has six posts rather than four.
