The Turbo Yoshi is Yoshi's kart in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!. It is a middleweight kart and is set as a default kart. The front has been made into the shape of Yoshi's face. It bears a slight resemblance to the Yoshi Car morph from Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.

The Turbo Yoshi shows a low speed, but with good acceleration, weight (slightly tougher than other middleweight karts), and nice steering. Its overall stats are the same as the Heart Coach, except for that it's as heavy as the Waluigi Racer kart.

In spite of its four star acceleration stat, the Turbo Yoshi has the weakest acceleration among all the four star accelerators. In fact, the Parade Kart (with a three star acceleration stat) actually rivals the Turbo Yoshi's acceleration.
