The Donkey Kong Cup (known as the DK Cup in the first two Mario Kart Arcade GP games) is a cup in the Mario Kart series. It first appears in Mario Kart Arcade GP as the second of the six cups, then in Mario Kart Arcade GP 2 as the second normal cup, and in Mario Kart Arcade GP DX since the December 12, 2018 update, appearing as the fifth cup. In the first two games, the DK Cup features two tracks that are themed after Donkey Kong, more specifically the Donkey Kong Country series. In Mario Kart Arcade GP DX, the tracks draw influence from Donkey Kong Country Returns in particular. In Mario Kart Tour, the Donkey Kong Cup was introduced in the New York Tour, and courses featured in this cup are treated as Donkey Kong's favored or favorite courses.
