A Sentry Garage[1] is an enemy in Super Mario Galaxy. It is a green spring-like robot that releases Topminis when approached by Mario or Luigi, and its head can be used as a springboard by the player character. It bears a strong resemblance to a Spring Topman, both in appearance and function. Only one Sentry Garage appears in the entire game, at the top of the Buoy Base in the Buoy Base Galaxy, releasing four Topminis from hatches on its sides when Mario or Luigi approaches it. It is unable to be defeated by any means, but it can be stunned by jumping on it or using a spin on it, allowing Mario or Luigi to bounce off it like a spring.
