The Peach vs. Bowser Tour was the eighty-fourth tour of Mario Kart Tour, which began on November 30, 2022 and ended on December 13, 2022. It was rerun from November 29, 2023 to December 12, 2023 as the game's hundred-and-tenth tour, making this the first Team Rally to be a rerun, and will be rerun again from November 27, 2024 to December 10, 2024 as the hundred-and-thirty-sixth tour.

This tour was the ninth to feature a Team Rally event (eleventh for the rerun), pitting Team Peach against Team Bowser, making this the second instance of two teams from a previous Team Rally going against each other for the second time (the first being the 2022 Mario vs. Luigi Tour). This was the second instance of two tours in the same year having the same name, after the two Sydney Tours in 2021, as well as the first instance of a Team Rally sharing its name with another one that occurred in the same year.

Unlike the first Peach vs. Bowser Tour, Team Peach, which ended up with 51% of the team tokens, won this Team Rally event in the initial run, marking this as Team Peach's third win in a Team Rally. Prior to the 2023 Mario vs. Luigi Tour, Team Peach had the most wins out of all other teams, now being tied with Team Mario. However, like the first Peach vs. Bowser Tour, Team Bowser took the win in the rerun also with 51% of the team tokens, marking this as Team Bowser's third win in a Team Rally, now making it a three-way tie with Team Mario and Team Peach for the most wins.

This tour introduced Peach Gardens from Mario Kart DS as a classic course, coinciding with its presence in Wave 3 of the Booster Course Pass DLC for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, which was announced three months before the tour's trailer and released a week after the start of the tour. This was the first tour to introduce a classic course from Mario Kart DS since the Pirate Tour sixty tours prior introducing DS Airship Fortress. It also introduced a new route for the Amsterdam Drift course (named Amsterdam Drift 3), making Amsterdam Drift the first city course to have its three layouts all introduced in the same year.

This tour marked the first instance of a Team Rally featuring two bonus challenges that would normally appear outside of a Team Rally, namely Big Reverse Race at 3DS Mario Circuit (which was previously used in the Tokyo Tour) and Vs. Mega Bowser Jr. (Pirate) at DS Airship Fortress (which was previously used in the Pirate Tour and the 2021 Trick Tour). Due to the inability to collect team tokens in bonus challenges, team medals did not appear next to the drivers on the selection screen.

This tour's Coin Rush course was GBA Bowser's Castle 3, and the menu's background featured windmills from Amsterdam Drift as the landmark for this tour, which was reused from the Amsterdam Tour.

Today's Challenge[edit]

Players' most recently used kart and glider are chosen, and favorite and favored ones have extra priority. Opponents are arranged randomly. On day 1 of this tour, players finish a race in GCN DK Mountain T in the Mii Cup using the Rocky Wrench Mii Racing Suit for a free pipe launch. Starting from day 2, players have to finish a race in the earliest incomplete course that is not in any of the ranked cups using the driver shown on the course's thumbnail every day to obtain the corresponding reward in the table below. Once all of the courses are completed, the courses are selected at random.

The badge for this tour's Today's Challenge is reused from the Amsterdam Tour.
