The Mii Tour was the ninety-sixth tour of Mario Kart Tour, which began on May 17, 2023 and ended on May 30, 2023. It was rerun from May 15, 2024 to May 28, 2024 as the game's hundred-and-twenty-second tour.

This tour introduced Mushroom Bridge from Mario Kart: Double Dash!! and a third route of Piranha Plant Cove as new courses. The R/T variant of Wii Mushroom Gorge made its debut in this tour as well.

This was the first tour since the 2022 Halloween Tour to introduce a balloon with a unique shape design, the first tour since the 2019 Holiday Tour to give Larry a new favorite course, the first tour since the 2nd Anniversary Tour to give Donkey Kong a new favorite course, the first tour since the London Tour to give the Piranha Plant Parafoil a new favorite course, and the first tour since the New York Tour to give the Shell Parachute a new favorite course. DS Shroom Ridge also returned for the first time since debuting in the 2023 Doctor Tour six tours prior. The Poochy Cup debuted in this tour, even though Poochy had been playable since the 2023 Yoshi Tour and was not yet available in regular pipes.

Being centered around Miis, this was the second tour in a row to introduce only Mii Racing Suits as new drivers, as well as the second tour in a row to introduce Mii Racing Suits based on Koopalings. Like the previous Mii Tour, players could collect team tokens by racing on courses using Mii Racing Suits. As there was no Team Rally in 2023 prior to this tour, this was the first tour of the year to have special tokens. This was the first tour since the 2022 Doctor Tour where the Mii Cup was not the second cup. This was also the first tour to not feature drivers as banner spotlight items.

The Coin Rush course for this tour was Wii Mushroom Gorge, which was reused from the previous Mii Tour. The menu's background featured the bridge in GCN Mushroom Bridge as the landmark for this tour.

Meowser was not made available in the rerun, though he still appears in the course icon on DS Twilight House in the Cat Peach Cup.

Today's Challenge

Players' most recently used kart and glider are chosen, and favorite and favored ones have extra priority. Opponents are arranged randomly. On day 1 of this tour, players finish a balloon battle in DS Twilight House in the Cat Peach Cup using Meowser for a free pipe launch. Starting from day 2, players have to finish a race in the earliest incomplete course that is not in any of the ranked cups using the driver shown on the course's thumbnail every day to obtain the corresponding reward in the table below. Once all of the courses are completed, the courses are selected at random.
