Secret Course 6[1] is the secret level of the Turtle Zone in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. The level can be unlocked by finding and entering the secret level exit door in the second Turtle Zone level. Once this level is completed, the sleeping whale on the zone map is awakened somewhat.

Layout[edit]

Near the start of the level are two small spike pits and a ? Block which contains a Mushroom. Next is a group of blocks which form the letter "W". If Mario jumps to reveal the Hidden Blocks underneath and spin jumps to break the bricks on top, it shapes the letter "M" instead. After this are coins forming the letters "A" and "R" over spike pits, a Koopa Troopa, and a ? Block containing a Fire Flower. Mario must become Fire Mario, and throw fireballs to break the bricks in his way. The letter "I" can be spotted along the way, in the shape of coins. Next to the letter is a ? Block which contains a Moneybag.

After a group of bricks are the letters "O" and "L" in coins over pits of spikes, along with a Koopa Troopa. There is then a ? Block containing a Carrot. Mario must use it to power up into Bunny Mario and fly across a long pit of spikes, with the letters "A" and "N" above it. After that is the letter "D", a Koopa Troopa, and a Piranha Plant in a pipe. After the Piranha Plant is the number "2" formed in coins, with three ? Blocks. Two of them contain a Fire Flower, while the other contains a Carrot. Finally, there is the exit door Mario must enter to complete the level.

Including the group of blocks at the beginning and the coins along the way, the letters read either "Wario Land 2" or "Mario Land 2", depending whether the player broke the bricks and revealed the Hidden Blocks.
