Variant of Blooper

The Electro Blooper is a Blooper from Paper Mario. Living in Toad Town Tunnels, the Electro Blooper is the second Blooper Mario encounters during the events of the game, following the regular Blooper, and is succeeded by the Super Blooper. To get to the Blooper, Mario can either defeat the Blooper east of the entrance, then go west of the entrance, or vice versa, or use the Spin Jump from Boo's Mansion, then use Sushie's ability to swim to the other side and start the battle. The squid enemy guards either a Shrink Stomp Badge, the First Floor Warp Pipes, or the Lavalava Island Warp Pipe. The Electro Blooper differs from normal Bloopers; it is bigger and more powerful than others of its species. Also, this creature has an electric charge, preventing contact with it. During this state, Mario and co. must use a move that does not attack it directly, like Parakarry's Shell Shot. Unlike most electrified enemies, when hit with any attack, the electricity will discharge while enemies keep the status for a few turns or until their health reaches 0.

Tattle This is an Electro Blooper. Electro Bloopers are electro-charged. Max HP: 50, Attack Power: 4, Defense Power: 0 A bit of advice: When they're emitting electricity, it'd be a smart move to avoid contact with 'em. If you can manage to damage 'em while they're emitting electricity, they'll go back to normal. Their attack power when they're emitting electricity is 6. Let's try to be careful, what do you say?
