The Bowser vs. DK Tour, also known as Bowser vs. Donkey Kong Tour, was the forty-third tour of Mario Kart Tour, which began on May 5, 2021 and ended on May 18, 2021. This tour was the third to feature a Team Rally event, pitting Team Bowser against Team Donkey Kong. This was the first tour in the game that did not introduce any new drivers. It was also the first tour since the Jungle Tour twenty-five tours prior to not introduce any course variants or new courses, and the second tour after the Snow Tour to have two special pipes. Starting from this tour to the 2022 Mario vs. Luigi Tour before they were removed in the Battle Tour, all Team Rally tours have two special pipes named corresponding to the teams, and players that select the losing team of the rally will get a badge similar to the one received for selecting the winning team, but with a silver outline instead of a gold one.

This tour's Coin Rush course was DS Airship Fortress, which was reused from the Pirate Tour. The menu's background featured the airships from Airship Fortress as the landmark for this tour, which was also reused from the Pirate Tour. The Funky Kong Cup also debuted in this tour (the first new cup since the Sunset Tour thirteen tours prior), though Funky Kong had already been available since the Jungle Tour and was no longer tour-exclusive starting from the 2021 Cat Tour.

Team Bowser, who ended with 67% of Team Tokens, won this Team Rally event. The title screen of the game was changed to one featuring the team's victory, only in the Wedding Tour.

The fifth set of Expert Challenges was made available at the start of this tour, which then ended in the 2021 Los Angeles Tour.

Starting from this tour, Penguin Luigi, Dixie Kong, and Nabbit are now available in regular tour pipes, including the All-Clear Pipe.
