The Purple Rattle Buggy is a High-End kart in Mario Kart Tour. It was introduced in the Vacation Tour. As its name indicates, it is a purple recolored Rattle Buggy, which itself is a variant of the Goo-Goo Buggy, including the tires, and with light-blue and yellow accents, star patterns on the front of the kart, a pink seat, and purple, blue, and teal shock absorbers. Despite it being a recolored Rattle Buggy, it was released before the original kart, akin to the Gilded Prancer, Green Kiddie Kart, and Dasher II (which are variants of the Prancer, the Red Kiddie Kart and the Cucumber). Unlike the Goo-Goo Buggy, this kart increases the duration of Slipstream boosts and the number of points earned for performing a Slipstream.
