Appears in | Mario Kart Tour |
The 8-Bit Super Glider is a High-End glider in Mario Kart Tour. It was introduced in the 2023 Mario Tour and is the signature glider of Mario (SNES). As its name suggests, it is based on the Super Glider, but with a voxelized appearance and an 8-bit connecting pole. It is the first 8-bit glider to not be based on Super Mario Bros. sprites. Unlike the regular Super Glider and akin to the 8-Bit Pipe Frame, the glider is equipped with the red color scheme regardless of which driver is using it. It also does not display the driver's emblem on it. Using Mushrooms awards more points when using this glider.
A gold variant named the Gold 8-Bit Glider debuts alongside the 8-Bit Super Glider in the 2023 Mario Tour and is also classified as a High-End glider.
