Refresh is a special move in Paper Mario. It is taught by Eldstar, and Mario learns it after he defeats the Koopa Bros. in Chapter 1. The move consumes 1 Star Power. If used, Mario recovers five HP and five FP. The move also removes status ailments, such as Poison and Tiny.
