The Mario Zone is one of the areas featured in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. The Zone consists of only four stages with no hidden stages. It is the only world in the game with no place to warp to further levels.
The Mario Zone is located within a giant mechanical statue of Mario. The first stage takes place in the statue's foot, within which are a plethora of gears and blades. The second stage takes place in the statue's belly. This is an area full of rubber balls, Bomubomu, and Bears. The third stage takes place on the statue's tongue. The tongue is a mass of chains and cogs defended by Bullet Bills, Kiddokatto, and Jack-in-the-Boxes. The fourth stage takes place in the statue's hat and appears to be made of N&B blocks. It is home to spiked traps such as Guruguri and Wakiri. The bosses of this zone are the Three Little Pigheads.
