The Blizzard Balloons are a High-End glider in Mario Kart Tour. Introduced in the Ice Tour, they are a variant of the Cloud Glider with an icy-blue color scheme and they are the signature glider of Penguin Luigi, Ice Bro, and Fire Bro. Unlike the Cloud Glider, this glider increases the chances of getting Bullet Bills from Item Boxes and the number of points awarded for hitting racers while using one. As of the Snow Tour, the Blizzard Balloons are obtainable from regular tour pipes, including the All-Clear Pipe.
