Despite being labeled as Los Angeles Laps 3, this is actually the second playable variation of the Los Angeles Laps course. This course is a favorite of Fire Rosalina, Pauline (Rose), Mario (Baseball), Donkey Kong Jr. (SNES), and Birdo (Black).

Los Angeles Tour (2021)
In the 2021 Los Angeles Tour, Los Angeles Laps 3 served as the tour's signature course. It appeared as the first course in the Mario Cup, the third course in the Funky Kong Cup, and the location of the bonus challenges in the Fire Bro Cup and the Lemmy Cup. Its R/T variant appeared as the first course in the Toadette Cup and the third course in the Ludwig Cup, its R variant appeared as the second course in the Pink Gold Peach Cup and the first course in the Metal Mario Cup, and its T variant appeared as the first course in the Larry Cup and the second course in the Dry Bowser Cup.
