The kart is an orange variant of the Surf Sailer with a turquoise mast and fins, blue exhaust pipes, a ruffle pattern around the seat, and orange ruffled stripes on the sail. Unlike the Surf Sailer, it used blue-rimmed versions of the Sponge tires from Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
