The Ice-blue Poltergust is a variation of the Poltergust 4000 kart with an icy-blue color scheme, hence the name. Unlike the Poltergust 4000, this kart uses giant versions of the Pipe Buggy's tires. Also unlike the Poltergust 4000, it increases Dash Panel boost time and points.
