- This article is about the Halloween-themed tour that took place during 2019. For the eponymous Halloween-themed tour that will take place in 2020, see Halloween Tour (2020).
The Halloween Tour was the third tour of Mario Kart Tour, which began on October 23, 2019 and ended on November 5, 2019. Reflecting the Halloween theme, Luigi's Mansion from Mario Kart DS returned, while Rosalina in a witch outfit and King Boo in his Luigi's Mansion 3 appearance appeared as the spotlight characters. The tour also introduced a new bonus challenge, Time Trial. The menu's background featured Luigi's Mansion as the landmark for this tour.

Signature kart sets
In every cup, the driver which the cup is themed about is a three or two star item on that course. The driver, and their specific kart and glider are bumped up one tier. This item sometimes changes between tours.
