The 64th Trivia Quiz-Off is a quiz show Bowser's guards hold during the events of Paper Mario. After Mario and his team defeat Lava Piranha and free the fifth Star Spirit, Misstar, Princess Peach has to participate in this quiz show. If Peach wins, she gets a Jammin' Jelly. The prize for participating is a Sneaky Parasol. The 64th part is based on the name of the Nintendo 64. It is followed by the 65th Super Fun Quirk Quiz and 66th Annual Quirk Quiz in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
