Template:Location-infobox The Mario Zone is one of the areas featured in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. The Zone consists of only four stages with no hidden or bonus stages. It is the only world in the game with no place to warp to further levels.
The Mario Zone is located within a giant mechanical statue of Mario. Every stage takes place in a different part of the statue's "body." Stage one takes place in the statue's "shoe," within which are a plethora of gears and blades. Stage two takes place in the statue's "stomach." This is an area full of "stomach" bubbles (in fact, that is all it is; Mario must walk on these solid bubbles), cannonball-shooting pigs called Bomubomu, and angry Bears. Stage three takes place on the statue's "tongue." The "tongue" is a mass of chains and mines defended by Bullet Bills, toy soldiers known as Kiddokatto, and block-impersonating Jack-in-the-Boxes. Stage four takes place in the statue's "hat" and resembles a castle of N&B blocks and is home to spiked traps such as Guruguri and Wakiri. The boss(es) of this zone are the Three Little Pigs.
