Template:Kart-infobox The Streamliner is a kart in the Mario Kart series. It is shaped like an early 1970s Porsche 917/10 Can-Am prototype, and is blue with a white stripe going vertically across.
History
Mario Kart DS
The Streamliner first appears in Mario Kart DS as Luigi's second original kart. It has high speed tying with the Standard DS and Zipper. It also has high acceleration tying with the B Dasher, Standard MR, Royale, Standard PC, Standard LG and Light Dancer, and high handling tying with the Mushmellow, Standard LG, Standard TD, Standard RB and ROB-BLS, along with low drift (equal to the Standard RB, ROB-BLS, Standard LG and Poltergust 4000), and a high items ratio. Its weight is tied with the B Dasher, Brute, Royale, Standard DK, Standard WL and Zipper.
Dry Bones and R.O.B. can use the kart once all Nitro or Retro Grand Prix cups have been won in 150cc. For any character to use it, one must obtain gold in all cups in 150cc Mirror Mode.
Mario Kart Tour
The Streamliner reappears in Mario Kart Tour, where it is classified as a Super kart. Slipstreaming lasts longer and yields more points when using this kart. It uses the Standard tires. The game also introduces a red variant, simply called the Red Streamliner, which is also classified as a Super kart.

- In Mario Kart 7, there is a customizable kart piece named the Blue Seven, which looks very similar to the Streamliner and was initially mistaken to be the same.
