Template:Species-infobox Eye Beamers[1] are mechanical, eye-like obstacles that appear in Super Mario Galaxy.

History

Super Mario Galaxy

In Super Mario Galaxy, Eye Beamers only appear in Dreadnought Galaxy. They are indestructible enemies that emit laser beams from their eyes than shoot directly down on the planet, damaging Mario or Luigi if he touches them. The side opposite to their eye is flat, allowing the player to jump on it and use it as a platform. Some Eye Beamers are stationary while others move, which can allow the player to cross gaps.
