A Wakiri is a deadly buzzsaw similar to a Grinder that appears in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins and are found in the Mario Zone. They move along N&B blocks found throughout the fourth stage of the Mario Zone, shortly before Mario faces The Three Little Pigheads. Unlike Grinders, they do not follow tracks in mid air and are slower, simply moving back and forth. They can be destroyed if Mario is lucky enough to obtain a Super Star, but should otherwise be left alone.
