A Grey Brick Block is an item appearing in World-e of Super Mario Advance 4. It is a solid block that can only be destroyed using the Hammer Suit or the Tanooki Suit's statue mode. Unlike Brick Blocks and Ice Blocks, they do not glisten.
In New Super Mario Bros. Wii, they were originally going to appear along with grey ? Block, but were removed for unknown reasons. In this game, they function like Brick Blocks.
Grey Brick Blocks appear in Super Mario 3D World in a larger form. They can be destroyed by a Bob-omb, a Cat Bullet Bill, or players under the influence of a Mega Mushroom.
