The Excess Express Conductor.
The Excess Express Conductor is a Toad that works in the Excess Express as the conductor. He takes care of the passengers' needs.
Ghost T. later possessed him so he could write an E-mail to Mario.
Unlike other Toads, the Conductor sports a black cap with red spots, instead of the usual white cap.

When youfirst board the train you must report to him of the sticky yummy threat,which he then reports to pennington the only detective. Later to move on you must get his blanket from the ghost in cabin 04(Use Vivian To hide in the shadows and he will appear).
