Globe Gunners is a Battle minigame in Mario Party DS. Its name may be a pun on the name of the shipping business GlobeRunners.
Gameplay
In the minigame, players run around on a world globe, trying to score the most hits on the opponents by shooting with Blaster Rifles. On the top screen of the Nintendo DS, there is a map showing the locations of the player's opponents. Some well-known world landmarks appear in this minigame, including the Egyptian pyramids, Ayers Rock, the Arc de Triomphe, Las Vegas, Mount Fuji, and a moai from Easter Island. The player who shoots opponents the most is the winner. If no one scores within 30 seconds, the minigame will end in a tie.
