Globe Gunners is a battle minigame in Mario Party DS. Its name may be a pun on the shipping business "GlobeRunners".
Gameplay
In the minigame, players run around on a world globe, trying to score the most hits on the opponents by shooting with a Blaster Rifle. On the top screen of the Nintendo DS, there is a map showing the locations of the player's opponents. The one who shot opponents the most is the winner.
Some well-known world landmarks appear in this game. These include the Egyptian pyramids, Ayers Rock, the Arc de Triomphe, Las Vegas, Mount Fuji, and an Easter Island statue.
If no one scores after 30 seconds, the minigame will end in a tie.
