The Excess Express Engineer is the Toad that controls the Excess Express in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Bub, one of the passengers on the train, wants to be an engineer when he grows up. Get an autograph from the engineer and give it to Bub to receive a Shine Sprite. A Star Piece is under a panel in the engine room's left side.
