Template:Level Stop & Go Station is the ninth level of Donkey Kong Country. It is also the fourth level in the Monkey Mines area. This unique level takes place inside a mine shaft, however the way forward is guarded by the invincible and incredibly fast Rockkroc sentinels.
The only way past the Rockkrocs is to deactivate them. To do this, the Kongs must hit the 'GO' barrels to switch them to 'STOP'. This will change the green light in the mine to a red one, and while this red light is on, the Rockkrocs will be unable to move, rendering them harmless. However, the light only stays red for a limited amount of time. Fortunately for the Kongs, this is the only level in the game where the Rockkrocs are found. However, in the GBA version, DK can use his Hand Slap to defeat them.
This level also marks the first appearance of the Klaptrap enemies.
