The papier-mâché lily pad is a lily pad that appears in the dream that Donkey Kong has in which he imagines Kongo Bongo Island without himself in the Donkey Kong Country episode "It's a Wonderful Life". The lily pad is a prized possession that King K. Rool and his crew (who are heroic in the dream) must protect from Diddy Kong and the rest of the apes (who are villainous in the dream). During the episode, DK eventually persuades Eddie the Guardian Angel Yeti to make him exist again. Once he decides to go to K. Rool's lair, he sees crocodiles protecting the lily pad.
