Papercraft Kamek is the second Papercraft boss in Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam. It is fought in Doop Doop Dunes when Mario, Luigi and Paper Mario get near the bridge to Bowser's Castle. Kamek and Paper Kamek pilot Papercraft Kamek during the battle.
Battle
Papercraft Luigi is used during the battle. Before Papercraft Kamek appears, Papercraft Luigi must defeat several Papercraft Goombas and Papercraft Pokeys. Throughout the battle, Papercraft Kamek is surrounded by two blue rings which damage Papercraft Luigi on contact. If the rings glow red, they will briefly expand. The only way to damage Papercraft Kamek is by launching Papercraft Luigi on top of it. After losing half of its HP, Papercraft Kamek will gain the ability to fire magic shots at Papercraft Luigi.
Papercraft Kamek reappears during the Papercraft battle in Neo Bowser Castle, where it is treated as a normal enemy and directly precedes the battle with Papercraft Bowser. Papercraft Kamek behaves the same way, although Papercraft Fire Mario can use its fireballs to destroy the blue rings surrounding Papercraft Kamek, making it vulnerable to charge attacks. However, the fireballs will bounce off the rings when they glow red.
