Chillhammer

Description
"Releases a frigid blast, freezing most foes. Does not hit or affect all foes."
First appearance Paper Mario: Sticker Star (2012)

Template:Quote2 Chillhammers are a type of hammer sticker which appear in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. They have a similar effect to the Burnhammer, attacking with ice rather than fire.

Upon usage, Mario swings a hammer, which deals an equal amount of ice-related damage to the enemy hit and the enemies behind it. It does not affect flying enemies, and, similar to other ice-related items in the game, it does not damage Ice Bros. It is significantly stronger in attack than a regular hammer.

Chillhammers are sold in Decalburg for twenty coins each. When upgrading them, they can be transformed into Ice Flowers, Baahammers, Burnhammers, or other Chillhammer stickers. Variants of the Chillhammer, specifically the Big Shiny Chillhammer and Megaflash Chillhammer, also appear in the game.

It is placed in the Sticker Museum as #55.

In Paper Mario: The Origami King, a similar weapon, the Ice Hammer, also appears.
