Critical Buddy is a Spark Bonus ability in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. It is a passive ability bestowed on a Hero when Screech, Vampastra or Scoper Master accompanies them, increasing the chance of critical hits from weapons by a certain amount. The percentage at which Critical Buddy increases this chance is determined by the current LVL of any of the three Sparks.
