Paper Mario description A snack made by Tayce T. Restores 6 HP and 2 FP.
The Thousand-Year Door description A tasty dish made by Zess T. Replenishes 6 HP and 2 FP.
Super Paper Mario description A basic shroom dish. Restores 15 HP and cures poison.

A Fried Shroom Plate (called a Fried Shroom in Paper Mario and a Shroom Fry in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door) is an item found in the first three games of the Paper Mario series. It is one of the most basic dishes that can be made in the games.

Tayce T. and Zess T. can create a Shroom Fry by cooking a Mushroom or a Super Shroom. The item heals six HP and two FP, and can be sold for five coins. Cooking a Mushroom in this way will improve the item, but cooking a Super Shroom is a little more questionable. The resultant item will heal less HP than a Super Shroom, though it will heal FP; something the Super Shroom did not do.

Once Mario has given Zess T. the Cookbook, a Dried Shroom can also be used to cook a Shroom Fry. Since Dried Shrooms only cost two coins from West Rogueport, Mario will make a profit of three coins per Shroom Fry if he sells them.

In Super Paper Mario, Saffron can cook a Fried Shroom Plate for Mario if he gave her either a Shroom Shake or a Volt Shroom. Using it restores 15 HP and cures poison. It can be sold for 35 coins.
