In New Super Mario Bros. Wii, the Propeller Block has the same function as a Propeller Mushroom, with the exception that players can maintain the ability to use the Propeller Jump even after being hit as long as they are holding the block, and that they cannot take it into pipes. To use it, the player must pick it up (shaking the Wii Remote and pressing wii) and hold it (by holding down wii). Then, the user must shake the Wii Remote anytime in order to fly. This block is found at least once in each world (except for World 1), usually in stages where fog is found and in places where there are hidden coins or platforms floating or in places beyond the reach of the player(s). | In [[New Super Mario Bros.
