Hinopio is an enigmatic Toad in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars who lives in Barrel Volcano. Hinopio seems to be comfortable in the volcano and has set up a small shop (actually two shops that sell both items and armor) and inn inside of it, in a chamber referred to as the "Hino Mart".
Trivia
- Hinopio's name is a portmanteau of "hi" (the Japanese word for "fire", used in reference to Hinopio's flaming home) and "Kinopio", Toad's Japanese name.
- On a shelf in the back of Hinopio's room there are toy models of Captain Falcon's F-Zero car and two Arwings from the Star Fox series.
