Zess T., the chef.
Zess T. is grumpy chef in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door who resides in Rogueport.
Mario first runs into her searching for her lost Contact Lens; later she prepares improved food items out of other, regular items.
Her cooking is limited to one item at a time until you get the Maitre Delish cookbook from the Creepy Steeple. To give the cookbook to Zess T., Mario must complete the "Seeking Legendary Book!" trouble.

- "Zess T." sounds like "zesty", which, in a way, describes her.
- It is rumored she is Tayce T.'s sister. If this is true, then she is also The Master's sister, as Tayce T. and the Master are related.
